How to contact Enso support
You can send a ticket from the app: open your profile, tap “Contact support”, describe the problem, and we’ll reply in the app.
Open profile
- Go to the Profile tab in the app.
- Scroll down and tap “Contact support”.
Fill the form
- Subject, category, and description are required.
- The app adds your version, device, and OS automatically.
- After sending you’ll see a ticket ID (UUID).
Track replies
- Replies appear as pushes and in your notification feed.
- You can view your previous tickets in the same screen.
By contacting support you agree that we store your ticket and device info to investigate the issue. See the privacy policy in the app.
